Once subscribed, you'll be able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like and they will be delivered one by one.

You can maximize your subscription by keeping your queue nice and full.

On average, most requests are completed in three days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer. After receiving the request, we assign a delivery deadline that you can track on your dedicated portal.

There's no middle man, no extra people involved. This is just to provide you with top-notch quality and the best response rate. You will be working directly with me, the founder of Rojo Interiors. Everything will be handled by one person: blueprints, 3D models, and renderings.

We understand you may not have enough work to fill up the entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 30 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 20 days, then decide to pause the subscription. The billing cycle will pause and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used at anytime in the future.

Most requests are designed using Sketchup, Vray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

We offer a ton of flexibility in how you submit requests using our dedicated portal. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via our portal, sharing Google docs, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in our portal, it's fair game.

Absolutely. Rojo Visuals does not cover the following requests:

• Product 3D design. We specialize on architectural and interior visualizations.
• Adding complex fixtures or furniture items with no detailed specifications available.
• Animations with people in the frames.

Due to high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds.
